6 eggs cooked and halved
Apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. Chive cream cheese
200g Three Streams salmon and trout shavings
2 Tbsp. Light mayonnaise
50g finely cut chives
If you want different coloured eggs, use a glass for each colour.
Add 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 150ml water and 5 drops food colour and mix.
Spoon out the egg yolks and place the eggs into the food colour mixes.
Mix the creams cheese, shavings, chives and mayonnaise together. Add a couple of drops of fresh lemon juice.
Spoon the mixture into the cavity of the egg.
Top with avocado-mash made with a dash of sweet chilli sauce and garnish with Trout roe.
