Cold Smoked Salmon Pasta
½ tub Spring onion and chives cream cheese
125 ml cream
1 Red onion sliced
1 tsp. garlic
200g Cold smoked salmon
1 – 2 Avos peeled and sliced
Cook the Tagliolini in salt water until soft.
Fry the garlic and onion in a pan with olive oil. Add the cream cheese and cream and stir until it is a smooth mixture.
Place the pasta in pasta bowls, cover it with the cream mix and place the salmon over it and garnish with slices of Avo, Coarse salt and ground pepper.
This can be served cold.
