Baby potatoes with mayo spread, pesto, salmon flakes, lemon juice, dill/parsley
75ml Nola Mayo spread or Nola Traditional Mayo cream
2 tsp. Rocket pesto
1 tbs. Lemon juice
30 ml Milk
120g Hot smoked pepper portions – flaked
Cook your baby potatoes in a little bit of water in the microwave, covering it with cling wrap and piercing small holes with a fork. Microwave for 8 minutes until soft.
Let them cool and break them slightly open at the top.
Add Salmon Flakes over the potatoes.
Mix mayo spread, rocket pesto, lemon juice, 50ml milk and dill together and pour over baby potatoes.
Garnish with Rocket leaves.
