We effectively combine traditional smoking techniques with modern food safety standards and manufacturing processes to provide our customers with consistent quality and product flexibility.

Service Delivery

We have a service delivery target of 99.5%. We distribute products directly to our Horeca and retail customers in the Cape, and nationally via our distribution partners. Our aim is to meet our customers’ expectations with a lead time of three days or less
